侧脑室内注射催乳素释放肽引起摄食相关脑区Fos表达

【摘要】 目的 :观察在SD大鼠侧脑室内注射催乳素释放肽(prolactin releasingpeptide,PrRP)所导致的与摄食有关脑区的Fos表达 .方法 :大鼠侧脑室内注射PrRP或生理盐水后 ,应用免疫组织化学方法 ,在与摄食相关脑区检测Fos的表达 .结果 :与生理盐水组相比 ,侧脑室内注射PrRP导致在许多脑区Fos表达的改变 ,包括下丘脑室旁核、下丘脑室周核、杏仁中央核、杏仁基底外侧核、丘脑室旁核、臂旁核及最后区和孤束核 .结论 :PrRP激活了某些与摄食和味觉有关的脑区

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe Fos expression in feeding related brain areas following latera intracerebroventricular (i.c.v.) injection of Prolactin releasing Peptide (PrRP) in SD rats. METHODS: The immunohistochemical method was used to examine Fos expression in feeding related brain areas following latera intracerebroventricular injection of PrRP or saline. RESULTS: Compared with saline, PrRP induced changes in c Fos immunoreactivity in several feeding related brain sites, including: periventricular and paraventricular hypothalamic nuclei, centrai nucleus and basolateral nucleus of amygdala, paraventricular thalamic nucleus, parabrachial nucleus, nucleus tractus solitaius and area postrema. CONCLUSION: The present experiment suggests that PrRP activates several brain sites involved in feeding behavior and taste.
