多层面螺旋CT髂骨测量及其临床意义
Clinical application of MSCT in iliac bone measurement
【摘要】 目的 利用多层面螺旋CT测量成年髂骨移植时可利用的髂骨长度、厚度及曲度 ,为临床髂骨骨移植术前提供依据。方法 选取 2 0 2例正常成人骨盆 (男 10 1例 ,女 10 1例 )进行扫描 ,利用工作站测量不同长度、不同深度髂骨厚度( 10mm为临床应用最小厚度 )及可用的髂骨范围及髂嵴前侧轴线、髂嵴角。结果 男、女性别之间 ,不同个体间髂骨厚度变异较大。男性髂骨最厚为 ( 17 17± 2 5 5 )mm ,女性髂骨最厚为 ( 15 87± 2 3 1)mm ;男性、女性髂嵴角无显著统计学差别 ,男性为 ( 117 5 9°± 4 71°) ,女性为 ( 116 0 3°± 4 98°) ;髂嵴前侧轴线男性为 ( 62 48± 5 17)mm ,女性为 ( 5 8 8± 4 13 )mm ,男性较女性长。结论 多层面螺旋CT行髂骨厚度、长度和曲度的测量对保证手术成功、减少并发症很有必要 ,可提供供骨范围、形态的准确资料
【Abstract】 Objective To measure the available length, curvature, and thickness of iliac during iliac graft in adult patients using multi slice CT (MSCT) in order to provide pre transplantation data for the clinical practice. Methods The iliac thickness and available extension at different length and different depth, axial line of anterior iliac crest and iliac crest angle of randomly selected 202 volunteers (male: 101, female: 101) were measured with MSCT. The minimal clinical available thickness was 10 mm. Results There was great difference in iliac thickness in different individuals and between the male and the female. The iliac thickness were (17 17±2 55) mm and (15 87±2 31) mm in the male and the female, respectively. There was no statistically difference in iliac crest angle between the male and the female [(117.59±4.71)°, (116.03±4 98)°]. The axial line of anterior iliac crest was (62 48±5 17) mm in the male and (58 8±4 13)mm in the female. Conclusion The measurement of the iliac thickness, length, and curvature using MSCT is vital to successful operation and decrease of complications. It can also provide the accurate data of shape and extension of the host bone.
