【摘要】 目的　检测NHE1蛋白在胃癌和胃癌前病变中的表达情况 ,初步探讨NHE1蛋白在胃粘膜癌变过程中的变化规律及其临床意义。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法检测NHE1蛋白在胃癌和胃癌前病变中的表达 ,其中正常胃粘膜15例 ,慢性萎缩性胃炎 15例 ,肠上皮化生 15例 ,异型增生 8例 ,胃癌 40例。结果　 15例正常胃粘膜无表达 ,15例慢性萎缩性胃炎中有 2例表达 ,阳性率为 13 3 3 % ,15例肠上皮化生中有 3例表达 ,阳性率为 2 0 0 0 % ,8例异型增生中有 2例表达 ,阳性率为 2 5 0 0 % ,40例胃癌中有 3 3例表达 ,阳性率为 82 5 0 % ,胃癌与正常胃粘膜和各型胃癌前病变相比 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　NHE1蛋白在胃癌的表达显著高于正常胃粘膜和胃癌前病变 ,可能与胃癌的发生、生长、转移有着密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of Na + H + exchanger 1 (NHE1) protein in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion for the purpose of understanding the changes of NHE1 protein expression in the course of gastric cancer development and its clinical significance. Methods The NHE1 protein expression in 15 cases of normal gastric mucosa, 15 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 15 cases of intestinal metaplasia, 8 cases of abnormal hyperplasia, and 40 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results No expression of NHE1 was found in the 15 normal gastric mucosa. NHE1 expression was found in 2 cases out of the 15 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis (13 33%), 3 out of 15 cases of intestinal metaplasia (20 00%), 2 out of 8 cases of abnormal hyperplasia (25 00%), and 33 out of 40 cases of gastric carcinoma (82 50%). Compared with that in normal gastric mucosa and precancerous lesion, NHE1 increased significantly in gastric carcinoma ( P <0.01). Conclusion The significantly increased NHE1 expression in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion may be closely associated with the genesis, development, and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
