【Abstract】 based on the introduction of the state about "the shortage of electricity",which has occurred in Chang Sha, teh author points out the way and necessity to continue to strength the construction of electric industries, and in turn analyses the situation which the energy and resource are confronted within China and the measures we should take, meanwhile, the writer also unfolds that the problems of the energy and resource’s shortage will not be thoroughly resolved, unless the thoughts of sustainable development can be persisted in the following aspects such as the deveopment of economy and city, and the pattern ot consumption.更多还原
