【摘要】 针对电加热炉温度控制的非线性、大滞后、时变性等特点,以及模糊控制系统本身不具备自学习的能力,本文介绍了一种模糊神经网络控制器,使电加热炉炉温控制系统具有较高的控制精度和良好的动态特性和鲁棒性。阐述了单片机模糊神经网络控制器的工作原理、特点、软件和硬件的组成。仿真及试验结果表明,该方法切实有效。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics owned by the temperature control of electronically heating furnace, such as nonlinear, big delay and time-varying etc, and no self-learning ability in the fuzzy system, the paper introduces a kind of fuzzy neural network controller, it is used so that the tempetature control system of electrically heating furnace is of more control accuracy and a good dynamic characteristic and a good property of robust. The article introduces the application of the single-chip microcomputer of fuzzy neural network temperature controller in the electrically heating furnace and presents its working principle, characteristics, hardware and software. The results of simulation and experiment show that the method is effective.
