双星星上部件磁测及磁测设备

【摘要】 双星是我国与欧空局合作的科学探测卫星“TC-1”和“TC-2”.星上安装的探测仪器其中有磁强计和低能粒子探测器,它们要求卫星的磁性对它们的影响小.对整星的磁矩要求为643 mA·m~2,对星上的各种部件(包括仪器和设备)也提出了磁设计标准,大部分部件的磁矩要求为5 mA·m~2以下.因此各仪器设备安装到星上之前,都要进行磁性测量控制,以满足整星的磁要求.本文介绍了星上的磁性来源(剩磁、感磁和电流引起的杂散磁场)、磁测的设备(屏蔽筒和螺线管线圈,磁强计及磁强计用小型无磁性转台,平台和导轨,充、退磁线圈,充、退磁电源,特斯拉计,无磁性转台,标准磁矩磁铁,补偿磁铁)和磁测的方法.

【Abstract】 Double Star Exploration Program(DSP)is the first governmental scientific satellite cooperation programbetween China and Europe.DSP is mainly to investigate the trigger mechanism of magnetospheric space storms andphysical processes of the disastrous geospace weather during solar activities and interplanetary disturbance so as to es-tablish the models describing and predicting the spatial and temporal variations in near—earth space environment.There are 16 detecting instrument on DSP satellites,which will detect the 3—dimensional magnetic fields,particlesand low—frequency electromagnetic waves,and execute the active spacecraft potential control.The 3 axes fluxgatemagnetometer and particles require satellite magnetic cleanliness.This paper describes magnetic sources and magneticmoments of the satellites and instruments,measuring equipment and method.There are three kinds of magneticsources,i.e.,permanent magnetic materials,soft materials and stray field of electric current.The magnetic momentof the satellite is 643 mA·m~2.The magnetic moments of most instruments are less than 5 mA·m~2.The measuringequipment includes shielding cylinder and solenoid coil,magnetometer,small nonmagnetic turntable,plate and guide-way,nonmagnetic turntable,magnetizing and demagnetizing coil,magnetizing and demagnetizing power,teslameter,standard magnetic moment magnets,compensation magnets and data acquisition system etc.
