套损井碾压整形修复时修复力的理论计算

【摘要】 套损井在碾压整形修复时经常凭经验确定修复力,如果修复力过大则易损伤修复处的套管.分析了基于Hertz接触理论的套管整形处的应力,给出了确定修复力的理论计算公式.计算实例表明,目前碾压整形工艺所采用的钻压远远大于理论计算值,从而降低修复后套管的承载能力,建议采用文中提出的确定最小钻压的方法指导碾压整形修井工艺.

【Abstract】 The repairing force used to determined by experience when destroyed well is repaired using grind pressing tool. In this method the casing is easily damaged at repairing operation. The stress is analyzed based on the Hertz contact mechanics and the theoretical repairing force is determined. The example result showed that the present repairing pressure is much higher than the theoretical value and as a result it reduces the loading capacity. So it is advisable to use the recommended method to determine the minimum repairing force. And the method can be used to guide well repairing work.
