辽河油田超稠油降黏剂的配制及应用

【摘要】 为解决辽河油田超稠油开采中的降黏问题,复配了一种JB-1型耐高温乳化降黏剂,对比分析了降黏剂的体积分数、不同类型的降黏剂以及不同温度条件下降黏剂的降黏效果,结果表明:JB-1型降黏剂为最佳选择,其在45℃时,油水乳状液的黏度为40mPa·s,降黏率为99.77%;温度是影响降黏剂降黏效果的主要因素,当超稠油与JB-1型降黏剂混合形成乳状液后,超稠油的可流动温度范围下降;降黏剂受井下高温的影响比较大,JB-1型降黏剂受温度影响小,性能稳定;降黏剂最佳注入体积分数为0.04%.

【Abstract】 With respect to the problem of viscosity-reduction of super-heavy oil recovery, a temperature-resistant emulsified viscosity-reducer(JB-1)is developed. The volume portion and types of this viscosity-reducer and temperature are analyzed in control experiments. Results show that this viscosity-reducer is the best. A viscosity-reduction ratio of 99.77% for heavy oil has been achieved at 45 ℃. The viscosity of heavy oils is 40 mPa·s after emulsified. Temperature is the main influencing factor for viscosity-reduction effectiveness. The mobile temperature range of heavy oils is decreased after emulsified by JB-1. Down-hole temperature has less effect on the stabilities of JB-1. The best volume portion of JB-1 to be used is 0.04%.
