微生物菌种对大庆原油的降解作用

【摘要】 通过实验研究了微生物菌种对大庆原油的生物降解规律.结果表明:蜡状芽孢杆菌和短短芽孢杆菌只对原油中高碳链的饱和烷烃具有生物降解作用;HP降解偶数高碳链饱和烷烃的能力强于降解奇数高碳链饱和烷烃;HT对偶数和奇数高碳链饱和烷烃具有较强的降解能力;HP和HT对原油芳烃中菲系列发生生物降解作用,引起原油的MPI和DPI指数提高,说明菲系列中化学性质较为活跃的组分易被实验菌种降解.

【Abstract】 The degradation of Daqing crude oil by the bacteria U1-6, HP (Bacillus cereus)and HT(Brevibacillus brevis) is studied in this paper. The laboratory result indicates that HP and HT can only degrade saturated hydrocarbons with high carbon chain. HP is more likely to degrade saturated hydrocarbons with even carbon number than it does those with odd carbon number; HT, however, is able to degrade saturated hydrocarbons regardless of their carbon number. The study also shows that series of phenanthrene compounds, a kind of aromatic hydrocarbons present in the crude oil, can be degraded by HP and HT, which results in an increase in MPI and DPI indexes and demonstrates that those chemically active components in the phenanthrene compounds can be easily degraded by the selected bacteria.
