利用数字存储示波器测量电量的迁移
Measurement of the quantum of charge transfer by means of digital storage oscilloscopes
【摘要】 利用数字存储示波器设计了一种测量脉冲电流所迁移电量的实验.实验实例表明,理论分析与实测结果符合得很好;同时,讨论了测量误差和实验条件的控制,指出在物理实验教学中引入数字示波器测量技术,可以设计出更多的类似实验,既节省专用设备,又可提高实验效果.
【Abstract】 A new experiment to measure migration of charge of pulse electric current is designed by utilizing digital storage oscilloscopes. The experimental examples show that the theoretical analysis is in agreement with the actual measurement results. The measurement error and the condition of experiment are discussed. It also points out the possibilities and advantages of the application of digital storage oscilloscopes to various physical experiments in teaching.
