地面采油设备节能新方法

【摘要】 地面采油设备中异步电机和采油工况不匹配影响电机功率的发挥 ,从改善电机工况条件出发 ,提出了在电机轴上加装调节装置 ,以减小输出转矩波动 ,降低峰值和有功功率 .分析了调节装置的工作原理和设计方法 .现场应用结果表明 :安装该装置后电动机的节电率达到 19.5 7% .

【Abstract】 Asynchronous motor in surface oil recovery equipment does not match the pumping operation, which makes the motor work improperly. In this paper, we suggest an adjusting equipment be added to the motor shaft in order to decrease output power fluctuation, and to cut down the peak. Therefore, the active power is reduced. The paper analyzes in detail the working principle and design proposal. Calculation shows that: this method achieve remarkable energy-saving effect by 19.57%.
