采油机械中提高钢丝绳寿命的研究

【摘要】 根据钻采机械的工作特点 ,分析了钢丝绳所受载荷 ,得出了钢丝绳失效的主要原因是接触应力引起的疲劳失效和微动磨损 ,提出了 4种提高钢丝绳寿命的措施 :绳轮采用弹性模量较小的材料 ;合理匹配绳、轮半径比 ;在接触处加装聚氨酯橡胶及钢丝绳调节器 ,为柔性传动的设计提供依据 .

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the operation features and loading exerted on the steel cords in oil drilling and exploitation machines, we found that the root causes of the steel cords failure is the fatigue wear caused by contact stress, therefore, reducing the contact stress is the key to the extension of the steel cords’ life. Accordingly, four measures are proposed to reduce the contact stress for longer service life of the steel cords, which are also the basis for the flexible mechanical transfer design.
