油水井套管的腐蚀及防护理论、实验与应用——手镯式阳极套管室内实验
Casing corrosion, its prevention theory, experiment and application-the indoor experiment of bracelet anode casing
【摘要】 通过室内实验 ,得到了手镯式阳极套管的电力线分布及极化场形态 ,找到了手镯式阳极的最佳组合方式 ,分析了手镯式阳极在土壤环境中对套管的保护效果 .实验结果表明 ,手镯式阳极极化场呈辐射状 ,极化半径超过 9m ,在浅表层 10 0m内每间隔一根套管固定一个手镯式阳极是最佳的组合方式 ,在土壤环境中可对套管起到良好的保护作用 .
【Abstract】 Through the experiment in laboratory, the mains distribution and polarization current form have been derived. We define the best arrangement of bracelet anodes in the soil. The test result indicates that the polarization current of bracelet anodes assumes radiation field and the polarization radius of bracelet anodes is higher than 9 meters. The best of arrangement is that a bracelet anode is fixed in every other casing inside longitudinal 100 meters deep. The bracelet anode can protect the casing from corrosion in soil.
