聚丙烯氯化改性的工艺
Technique of chlorination modification of polypropylene
【摘要】 以聚丙烯为原料 ,甲苯为溶剂 ,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,研究了聚丙烯的氯化改性工艺 ,考察了氯化温度、引发剂用量、氯化时间及Cl2 气流量对聚丙烯氯化度的影响 ;结果表明 ,适宜的氯化温度为 88~ 93℃ ,引发剂质量分数为0 .1% ,反应时间为 2 0 0min ,Cl2 气流量为 180mL/min .对氯化度与熔点的关系进行了曲线拟合 ,得出了氯化度与熔点的关系式 ,在适用范围内氯化度的计算值与测量值的绝对误差不超过 1.4% .经红外光谱分析确定 ,在该工艺下的产品主要为一元氯代产物
【Abstract】 The chloridizing technique of polypropylene(PP), with PP as raw material, toluene as solvent and azodiisobutyronitrile(ABIN) as initiator, has been investigated and chlorinated polypropylene has been obtained. The effect of reaction temperature , reaction time and chlorine velocity on degree of chlorination of product is investigated. The results show as follows: Optimum chloridizing technology of chlorinated polypropylene is that ABIN is one percentage of PP, that reaction temperature range is 88~93 ℃, that reaction time is 200 min, and that chlorine velocity is 180 ml/min. Mathematical relation of degree of chlorination and melting point of chlorinated polypropylene has been obtained by regression fit on experimental results. Product is confirmed unary chlorinate.
