管道漏磁检测仪的研制及实验结果分析
Development and experimental result analysis of the magnetic flux leakage testing instrument
【摘要】 利用铁磁性材料高磁导率特性,研制了实验用管道漏磁扫描检测仪,介绍了该仪器的结构及漏磁检测原理.通过实验分析了检测信号幅值与检测速度、传感器提离值和不同缺陷深度等因素的关系,结果表明,该仪器能够沿管道扫描检测出大于20%壁厚的内外壁缺陷.
【Abstract】 Based on the high magnetic permeability of the ferromagnetism material, we have developed the magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing instrument for φ89mm pipeline. This paper introduces the structures of this instrument and theories of the magnetic flux leakage (MFL). A variety of effect factors, such as lift value, speed of inspection and thickness of pipeline are analyzed through experiment. Experimental data show that the instrument can detect the inside and outside defects of a pipeline, the defect part of which is in excess of 20% of the pipe thickness.
