【摘要】 改革开放以来 ,我国高等教育得到了空前的发展 ,高等学校的数量和规模都有相当程度的扩大。目前 ,各高校都肩负着向社会各条战线上不断输送大批品学兼优的大学生的历史重任。如何使大学生品行端正、心理健康 ,避免走上违法犯罪的歧途 ,是值得全社会和各高校予以高度重视的问题。针对各地区、各学校及大学生自身的特点 ,我们应当加强学校管理、强化法律心理的教育工作、积极深入地开展各种形式的法制宣传和心理咨询活动 ,共同构筑一个良好的校园法律环境。从而为全社会培养出一批又一批懂法守法、心理健康的优秀大学生更多还原

【Abstract】 We have come in 26 years of reform and opening up to the outside world, the higher education of our country have got unprecedented development. The quantity and scale of the institution of higher education all have been enlarged which was analogous to the degree. At present, every university bears the historical important task of sending the large quantities of university students with good character and fine scholarship constantly to the social every front of endeavor. How to make university students well behaved and avoid going on the wrong road of breaking laws and commit the crime is the question, which worth every university pays close attention to.
