1140V圆柱形隔爆外壳的设计
Design of the 1 140 V Cylindrical-shaped Flameproof Enclosure
【摘要】 针对矿用圆柱形隔爆外壳在升级过程中存在的问题 ,基于弹性力学原理 ,对圆柱形外壳的受力情况进行了分析 ,并考虑在实际加工过程中诸因素对外壳强度、刚度的影响 ,推导出了设计计算公式 ,最后给出了计算实例
【Abstract】 Against the existing problems in the process of the voltage up-grading for the cylindrical-shaped flame-proof enclosure,on the basis of elasticity mechanics theory,this paper carries out an analysis on the stress distribution of the cylindircal-shaped flameproof enclosure.Taking account of the some effect factors in strengh or rigidity when the flameproof enclosure is machined in the production process,the related formulate are derived.Finally a living calculational example is presented.
