【摘要】 文章论述一种汽车发动机水泵性能计算机测试系统中流量的控制方法。根据具体系统中流量的变化特性,建立了专家知识库(即PI控制器参数的数据库)和逻辑推理机,构成一专家系统,与PI控制结合获得了参数自整定的智能PI控制器。算法程序采用组态软件MCGS编制。运行表明,该控制器对流量具有较好的调节性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A control method for flow is developed in a computer measuring system of automobile engine pump performance. The expert system is found after setting up its expert knowledge base (namely PI controll-er’s parameter data base) and logic reasoning according to variation characteristic of flow in the actual system, and combined with PI control to get parameter auto tuning intelligent PI controller. The arithmetic program is composed based on configuration software MCGS. Its running in factory shows there is good tuning performance of the controller to flow.更多还原
