透平叶片几种减振结构的阻尼特性试验研究

【摘要】 提出了一种叶片减振结构阻尼的测量和分析计算方法。对设计的4种减振结构的阻尼特性进行了实验研究和分析,表明:减振阻尼结构能有效增加透平叶片的阻尼。减振结构的阻尼与结构的几何形状有关,与结构之间的相对间隙有关。随着相对间隙从零增加至足够大的过程中,减振结构的阻尼性质和阻尼的大小都发生了较大变化。当相对间隙处在特定范围内时,阻尼系数达到极大值。碰撞减振结构使叶片的振动形态复杂化,引起叶片的拍振现象。图5参8

【Abstract】 A method for measuring and calculating of vibration absorbing blade contruction is being presented.Four vibration absorbing constructions were designed and their damping characteristics have been experimentally studied and analyzed.Results show that vibration absorbing constructions are able to raise effectively the damping property of blades.The damping property of vibration absorbing constructions depend on the latters structural geometry and clearances between structure elements.Both character and magnitude of structural damping considerably change with relative clearance size graduallyincrasing from zero up to a sufficient dimension. The damping coefficient gets to a maximun when the ralative clearance is set within a certain range.Shock absorbing blade construcion may induce complicated modes of vibration and incite beat phonomena.
