辐射花粉授粉和胚培养诱导产生黄瓜单倍体植株
Recovery of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) haploid plants through pollination by irradiated pollens and embryo culture
【摘要】 以5个基因型的黄瓜(CucumissativusL.)为试材,通过γ射线辐射花粉授粉并结合胚培养,从3个基因型中获得了单倍体植株。与正常二倍体植株相比,单倍体植株生长缓慢,花器异常。研究发现辐射剂量、亲本基因型、授粉组合对座果率和单倍体产率有一定影响。
【Abstract】 Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) haploid plants were successfully recovered from three genotypes through pollination of five genotypes with γ-irradiated pollens and subsequent embryo culture.Comparing with the original diploid plants,the haploid plants grew slower with abnormal flower apparatus.The results obtained indicated that irradiation doses,parental genotypes,and pollination combinations had certain influences on both fruit setting and haploid production.
