外源GA3、ABA和Ca(NO32缓解盐对小麦种子萌发的抑制作用

【摘要】 盐胁迫下,DK961 耐盐 和LM15 盐敏感 小麦种子的发芽率 Gr 、发芽指数 Gi 和活力指数 Vi 均显著下降,LM15下降的幅度大于DK961.外源100mg/LGA3、1×10-7mol/LABA和0.1%Ca NO3 2处理均能缓解盐对小麦种子萌发的抑制作用,对盐胁迫下LM15种子萌发的缓解作用显著好于DK961,并且不同程度地缓解盐处理引起的种子内源GA1+3含量和α-淀粉酶的活性下降,从而降低盐胁迫对种子萌发的抑制作用.表明盐抑制小麦种子萌发的主要原因是盐胁迫导致种子内源GA1+3含量和α-淀粉酶的活性下降.

【Abstract】 Gr (germination rate,Gr),Gi (germination index,Gi) and Vi (vigor index,Vi) of salt-tolerant wheat seeds (DK961) and salt-sensitive wheat seeds (LM15) decreased significantly under salt stress,and the degree of LM15 was higher than that of DK961.Exogenous 100 mg/L GA3,1×10-7 mol/L ABA and (0.1%) Ca(NO32 can ameliorate the inhibition of salinity on wheat seed germination,and the ameliorative effects of exogenous GA3、ABA,and Ca(NO32 on germination of LM15 were much better than those on germination of DK961.Under salt stress,GA1+3 content and α-amylase activity of wheat seeds treated with exogenous GA3,ABA and Ca(NO32 were higher than those of the seeds treated only with NaCl,which relieved the inhibition of NaCl stress on the seed germination.The results suggested that inhibition of salinity on wheat germination was mainly due to the decrease of GA1+3 content and α-amylase activity.
