CO2激光处理对大豆种子萌发及生理的影响
Effects of CO2 laser treatment on seeds germination and physiology of soybean
【摘要】 以大豆 GlycinemaxMerr. 为实验材料,研究了CO2激光不同功率密度和不同时间处理对大豆种子发芽率、淀粉酶活性、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量和氨基酸含量的影响.结果表明: 1 16mw/mm2、18mw/mm2、20mw/mm2CO2激光处理均能提高种子发芽率、淀粉酶活力、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量和游离氨基酸含量,其中18mw/mm2CO2激光处理效果最好; 2 相同功率 18mw/mm2 不同时间处理均能提高种子发芽率、淀粉酶活力、可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量,处理时间以75s效果最好.
【Abstract】 The effects of CO2 laser treatment on seeds germination capability, protein content, soluble saccharine content, and amylase activity and amino acid content of Glycine max Merr. have been studied. The results indicate: (1)different density of CO2 laser treatments(16 mw/mm2,18 mw/mm2,20 mw/mm2) have improved germination capability, protein content, soluble saccharine content, and amylase activity and amino acid content of soybean seeds or shoots. Compared with control, the treatment of 18 mw/mm2 is the best one among three treatments.(2)different time treatments(the treatment of 18 mw/mm2) have also enhanced germination capability, protein content, and amylase activity and amino acid content of soybean seeds or shoots. The time of 75 s is the best one among the treatments.
