【Abstract】 Today the foundation of distributed heterogenuous applying platform by .NET Web Service is a hotspot of software development. In this paper, not only the architecture of distributed heterogenuous applying platform based on Web Service but also the main protocols of background process which is XML, which are tow parts in the architecture of .NET, are introduced. The mechanism for the realization of distributed hetergenuous transparent transformation is presented.
