【Abstract】 A research method on the computer aided diagnosis system of tumor cells is presented in this paper.Maximumdifference edge detection algorithm and watered algorithm are introduced emphatically,which are utilized to segment karyon and cytoplasm respectively,hereby a kind of stepbystep classification method is adopted and implemented to classify and recognize tumor cells.Experimental results shows that the approach proposed here is feasible.更多还原
