基于关联加权预测的多生产线协调生产计划的研究
Harmonious production planning for multiple-product-line based on interaction/weight prediction
【摘要】 研究了一类带有限缓冲区的多生产线协调生产计划的模型问题 ,首先通过对制造企业生产现场进行调研 ,建立了上下游生产线部件成品关联结构 ,然后根据该关联结构建立了一种多生产线协调生产计划非线性规划模型 .通常情况下 ,该模型的维数将很大 .为了便于求解与提高求解速度 ,将模型进行了线性化和简化处理 ,并提出了一种快速的求解算法———两阶段关联加权均值预测算法 .仿真结果表明所提的方法是非常有效的 .
【Abstract】 A harmonious production planning model for multiple-product-line with limited buffers is presented. Based on investigation of manufacture-enterprises, a rela tional structure of up-down stream parts is established. A nonlinear programmin g model of harmonious production planning for multiple-product-line is built u p. Since the dimension of the model is usually very large, the model is linear ized and simplified. Two-stage interaction/weight average prediction approach — a rapid optimal algorithm, is put forward in order to easily solve the problem within an acceptable period of time. Simulation results show the efficiency of t he proposed model and algorithm.
