As2O3磁性纳米微球的研制及表征

【摘要】 采用改良的乳化冷冻凝聚法制备As2 O3磁性纳米微球 ,用能谱仪、透射电镜、原子荧光分光光度计、原子吸收分光光度计、图像分析仪和动力渗析系统等进行特性研究 .结果显示所制备的As2 O3磁性纳米微球近似球形 ,粒径为 ( 1 90± 5 0 )nm ,其中含As2 O3( 0 65 989± 0 42 ) μg/mg ,锰锌铁氧体磁性纳米粒子 ( 69 5 70 2 7± 0 36) μg/mg ,缓释性好 .用作微球载体的Mn0 4Zn0 6Fe2 O4的居里温度为 1 0 5 40 7℃ ,其不同浓度的磁流体在高频交变磁场下可升温至 43~ 47℃并保持不变 .实验结果表明 ,采用改良的乳化冷冻凝聚法可以成功制备As2 O3磁性纳米微球 ,并为载药磁性微球及磁流体热疗的研究提供了理论及实验依据 .

【Abstract】 Magnetic nano-microspheres containing As 2O 3were prepared by a modified cold -condensation method. Energy dispersive spectrometer,transmission electron mic roscopy (TEM), atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry,atomic absorption spectro metry, computer color magic image analysis system and dynamic dialysis system w ere used to characterize the product. It is shown that magnetic nano-microspheres containing As 2O 3 are spherical with the diameter of (190±50) nm. As 2O 3content is (0.659 89 ±0.42)μg/mg and Mn-Zn ferrite (69.570 27± 0.36) μg/mg in nano-microspheres. The m agnetic particles of microsphere carrier have a T c of 105.407 ℃. The te mperature of magnetic fluids with different concentration can be raised and main tained at 43-47 ℃ under the effect of high frequency alternatin g magnetic field. Experimental results show that magnetic nano-microspheres co ntaining As 2O 3 can be successfully prepared by this modified cold-conden sation method. The result provides a theoretical and practical basis for further study of magnetic microspheres containing medicine and magnetic fluid hyperthe rmia.
