MCM-41介孔分子筛光致发光机理的研究
Investigation on photoluminescence mechanism of MCM-41
【摘要】 乙二胺水溶液作为碱介质合成得到纯硅MCM 41母体 ,然后分别于 81 3,1 0 73和 1 32 3K温度下焙烧 .结果表明 ,81 3K焙烧后的MCM 41显示最强的光致发光强度 ,而 1 0 73和 1 32 3K焙烧的样品仅具有微弱的光致发光效应 .2 9SiMAS核磁共振 (NMR)结果证实了高温焙烧后硅羟基含量降低 .与此同时 ,骨架红外 (IR)谱中氧空位缺陷带消失 .证实了MCM 41的光致发光强度随焙烧温度升高而下降是受硅羟基含量和氧空位缺陷带的影响
【Abstract】 As synthesized mobil catalytic material 41 (MCM 41) sample was synthesized in an ethylenediamine aqueous medium. It is shown that MCM 41 calcined at 813 K ex hibits strongest photoluminescent (PL) intensity while those calcined at 1 073 K and 1 323 K only exhibit a weak photoluminescent effect. 29 Si MAS nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy demonstrates that the contents of silanol decreases as the calcine temperature increases. Meanwhile the oxyge n related defect sites disappear in infrared (IR) spectrum after high temperat ure calcination. It is proved that both the oxygen related defect sites and si lanol contents are responsible for the strong PL effect of the investigated MCM 41 samples.
