火电厂卸煤生产线软操作系统设计与实现
Design and implementation of soft-operation system for coal unloading line of power plant
【摘要】 针对火电厂翻车机卸煤生产线在集中控制方式下,运行人员操作工作量大、容易误操作造成故障的问题,介绍了一种基于上位机-可编程控制器-控制对象三层结构的软操作(计算机辅助操作)功能的设计与实现方法。通过上位机对可编程控制器进行读/写操作实现对现场的控制,同时将全部操作对象分成常规操作(频繁操作)、非频繁操作和特殊操作三类,将互斥的操作(如启动和停止)合二为一,减少了操作按钮,并采用安全联锁技术和对话框确认方法完成软操作功能,以避免误操作。在黄石火电厂的应用说明该系统的可行性和安全性。
【Abstract】 For coal unloading line in power plant,a soft-operation(computer auxiliary operation)system is designed and implemented,which is based on a three-layer configuration of computer - PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)-controlling objects. Field devices are controlled through the reading and writing operations of PLC via a superordinate computer. All operation objects are divided into three parts:frequent operation,non-frequent operation and special operation,and two mutually exclusive operations are combined to reduce the quantity of operation buttons. The interlocking technology and confirmation dialog-box are applied to realize the soft-operation functions in secure way. Its application shows its applicability and safety.
