【Abstract】 The concept of EAM(Enterprise Asset Management)is introduced,and the shortcomings of traditional equipment management in power plant are analyzed,such as old management method,incomplete equipment records,imperfect maintenance mechanism and so on.The superiority of EAM system in modern power plant is represented in both technology and economy.The implementation of EAM in power plant is analyzed from management rules,system structure and function modules.The EAM information can help managers to make correct decision and to optimize management work.更多还原
