【Abstract】 The recent practices of deregulation on distribution side in several countries are reviewed and some important models are analyzed . The characters in the retail trade,market surveillance and distribution dispatch are discussed. Based on that,the aim,models and steps of distribution side deregulation in China is presented,as well as the market mechanism.
