基于模糊神经网络的电能质量指标的经济性评估
Economical Evaluation of Power Quality Indices Based Fuzzy Neural Networks
【摘要】 在激烈竞争的电力市场环境下对电能质量进行经济性评估是非常重要的。针对电能质量经济性评估难以用精确数学模型描述的特点 ,提出了利用模糊神经网络进行电能质量经济性评估的方法。阐述了应用该方法进行电能质量指标经济性评估的基本原理、网络模型和估价方法。算例表明这种方法具有方便、准确的特点
【Abstract】 Economical evaluation of power quality is particularly important in the new scen ery of competitive electricity markets. Based on fuzzy neural networks (FNN), th is paper proposes an approach to evaluate the power quality indices, in which th e difficulty to describe evaluation in models of mathematics is overcome. The ba sal principle, model of networks and method of evaluation applied to one item of power quality are also explained. The example given indicates that the approach is exact and convenient.
