【摘要】 [目的 ]了解非综合征性唇腭裂发生率的动态变化及流行病学特征。 [方法 ]对 1 996～ 2 0 0 2年大连地区 38家县级以上助产医院孕 2 8周至产后 7d 2 1 930 1例围产儿 ,2 6 3例非综合征性唇腭裂 (nsCLP)病例的出生缺陷资料进行回顾性分析。 [结果 ]大连地区nsCLP总发生率为 1 2 .0 /万 ,7a间无显著性差异 ,男女无显著性差异。nsCL +CP(唇裂合并腭裂 ) 7a的发生率有显著性差异。城市发生率为 1 0 .1 /万、乡村发生率为 1 4 .4 /万 ,有显著性差异。 3类唇腭裂发生率 :nsCL +CP7.1 /万 ,nsCL(唇裂 ) 2 .8/万 ,nsCP(腭裂 ) 2 .1 /万。转归中 ,活产 2 1 7例 ,占 82 .5 % ,死胎、死产及 7d内死亡共 4 6例 ,占 1 7.5 %。 [结论 ]大连地区 7a的nsCLP总发生率无变化趋势 ,但nsCL +CP的发生率有升高的趋势 ,男女无差异 ,农村高于城市 ;nsCL低于全国发生率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To study the variation of the trend in the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of nonsyndromic cleft lip and/or cleft palate. [Methods] From 1996 to 2002, data was collected from 38 hospitals. The subjects were the hospitalized births from 28 weeks gestation to a period within 7 days after delivery. [Results] The incidence of nonsyndromic cleft lip and/or cleft palate in Dalian area was 12.0/10 000. The variation in the incidence of nonsyndromic cleft lip and/or cleft palate was not significant except that of nonsyndromic cleft lip with cleft palate, and the difference between males and females was not either. The incidence was as high as 10.1/10 000 in urban areas and 14.4/10 000 in rural areas with significant difference. The incidences of three types of nonsyndromic cleft lip and/or cleft palate were 7.1/10 000,2.8/10 000,2.1/10 000 respectively for cleft lip with cleft palate, cleft lip alone and cleft palate only. In the cases, 217 ones were alive when birthed, 46 ones dead when birthed or dead within 7 days after birth, accounting for 82.5% and 17.5 % separatedly. [Conclusions] There is no variation in the trend of nonsyndromic cleft lip and/or cleft palate during the period from 1996 to 2002, and no significant difference between males and females, while the incidence of nonsyndromic cleft lip with cleft palate rises.The incidence is higher in rural areas than that in urban ones. The most common type is the cleft lip with cleft palate. The incidence of nonsyndromic cleft lip is lower than that of the whole country.更多还原
