【摘要】 [目的 ]分析和探讨囊性脑膜瘤的诊断和治疗。 [方法 ]对 1 993年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月收治的1 8例颅内囊性脑膜瘤进行回顾性分析。 [结果 ]肿瘤实质及囊壁全切 1 1例 ,肿瘤全切加囊壁部分切除 5例 ,肿瘤及囊壁大部分切除 2例 ,无手术死亡和严重并发症。[结论 ]脑膜瘤由于囊性变而加速了病情发展 ,引起严重的临床症状 ,且往往误诊为其他性质的病变。应尽早手术 ,手术多能全切病变而取得较好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of cystic meningioma.[Methods] Eighteen cases of cystic meningioma patients which had been treated in our hospital from January 1993 to july 2002 were analyzed. [Results] Total surgical were done in 11 cases,subtotal resection in 5 cases,part resection in 2 cases.Neither postoperative paralysis nor mortality occur. [Conclusions] cystic meningioma could sometime misdiagnosed from other disorder and severs clinical symptoms because of its cystformation and rapid growth .Most tumors can be totally removed and good treatment effect.更多还原
