【摘要】 电力系统安全性与经济性之间的矛盾随着电力系统的发展而不断加剧。系统互联从一定程度上缓和了这一矛盾,然而大电网中由于故障引起连锁反应,而导致大面积停电的可能性也大大增加了。实践表明采用紧急控制则是经济、灵活和有效的。文中介绍了稳定控制装置的控制原理、结构组成和可采取的控制模式,提出了一种"集中管理,分区控制"的现代稳定控制模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of power system,the contradiction between security and economy of power system is continuously glowing.The contradiction is mitigated to a certain degree by the interconnection between power systems. But the possibilities of power failure in larger area are increased because of a serial of reactions caused by the faults. Practice shows that it’s economical,flexible and effective to take emergency control. In this paper,the control principle,structure composition and practicable control model are proposed. An advanced model of "centralized management and hierarchical control" is given.更多还原
