【摘要】 蓬勃发展的广州经济给电力供应带来了极大的挑战,电力供需矛盾日益深化。在严峻的供需形势下,广州市政府与供电公司必须更全面深入地推进需求侧管理,才能缓解供需失衡对广州经济发展的瓶颈效应。考察了广州市实施需求侧管理的现状,结合实际分析了需求侧管理的4类手段在广州应用推广的可行性与面临的问题,根据国际经验,给出广州市需求侧管理体系的设计方法与实施流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vigorous economy perspective of Guangzhou city puts the rigorous challenge to power supply, which makes the conflict between power demand and supply deeper and deeper. Under this circumstance, the government and power supply corporation of Guangzhou city need promote DSM further, in order to relieve the bottle-neck influence,which caused by the unbalance of power on the economy.This paper reviews the current state of Guangzhou’s DSM and analyzes the feasibility and the problem on the application of four DSM measures in Guangzhou.
