【摘要】 目前电力紧缺的环境下,使用缺电指数预报系统可以预报当日的最大负荷和用电紧缺程度,有利于电力部门提前安排避峰错峰方案,同时也为指导用户采取合理的节电和限电措施提供一个科学的依据。该系统根据杭州市负荷变化的特点,以最大负荷和人体舒适度的相关性为基础,对次日的最大负荷进行预报,并得出缺电指数。该系统在杭州电力局的实际运行表明,运用人体舒适度预测最高负荷是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the present time, the electricity power is badly off. Usi ng the forecasting system of electricity power indicator can predict the maximum load and the degree of absent electricity power of the day. The system is benef icial for the electricity department to arrange the scheme of shifting peak in a dvance; at the same time, it also supplies a scientific gist of instructing user s to adopt reasonable saving power measurements and limitative power measurement s. Acordding to the load change character of hangzhou city,the system forecasts the maximam load of the next day based on the relatirity between human body amen ity and the maximum load,then we can calculate absent electricity power indicato r.The expehence of the system running in hangzhou Power Bureau indicates that us ing human body amenity to forelast the maximum load is feasible.
