基于改变压缩比的新型柴油机冷起动辅助装置
Development on new Auxiliary Device Based on Compression Ratio Change for Diesel Engine Cold Start
【摘要】 柴油机的冷起动性能直接影响油耗、排放指标,甚至生产任务的完成,因此柴油机冷起动的可靠性已经成为当前柴油机发展中的重要课题之一.为此开发了一种基于缸内机油喷射来改变压缩比的柴油机冷起动辅助装置,其工作过程是在柴油机曲轴达到规定的转速和转角时,向气缸内喷入一定量的机油,从而达到通过提高压缩比、减少漏气损失,改善柴油机冷起动性能的目的.分析了该装置的工作原理、结构特点、及其控制系统和喷油量的计算.
【Abstract】 The performance of diesel engine cold start directly influences oil consumes and exhaust discharge, even the accomplishment of production, so the reliability of the cold start has been an important study in the development of diesel engine. For this reason, a new kind of auxiliary device is invented based on injecting lubrication oil into cylinder to increase compression ratio. The process is that when diesel engine reaches certain rotational speed and turning angle of its crankshaft, a given amout of lubrication oil is injected into the cylinder to increase compression ratio and decrease blow-by in order to improve the capability of diesel engine cold start. The principle, characteristics, the control system and the calculation of lubricating oil of the device are presented.
