微胶囊技术制备缓释型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂

【摘要】 咪唑啉类缓蚀剂是一种高效的杂环类缓蚀剂,但存在药效时间短、需药量大等缺点 采用微胶囊技术,制备了四种缓释型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂胶囊,并分别测定了其包覆率,表明单凝集法制备的样品的包覆率较高;同时采用红外光谱技术和紫外可见分光光度计对样品进行了测定,确定其芯材确实为咪唑啉,为进一步微囊化奠定了基础

【Abstract】 Imidazoline inhibitor is a widely used heterocyclic inhibitor with high efficiency, however short working period and high dosage are its main disadvantages. Four kinds of samples were prepared by microencapsulation, different inclusion efficiencies show that single-coagulation with glutin as carrier has the highest inclusion efficiency. Meanwhile, by IR spectrum and VIS-UV spectrophotometer, the core material was proved to be imidazoline inhibitor.
