【摘要】 对采自西藏北部的西藏拟Daphniopsistibetana染色体进行了研究。结果表明:西藏拟染色体数目为2n=24,其中6条为中部着丝粒染色体,18条为端部着丝粒染色体,染色体总臂数NF=30,核型公式为2N=6M+18T。将此结果与裸腹属和属几个种类的染色体核型结果进行了比较,探讨了三者之间的亲缘关系,并根据西藏拟染色体核型特点,对其进化地位进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The karyotype of Cladocera Daphniopsis tibetana Sars collected from north Tibet was studied using larval parthenogenetic females. The results showed that the chromosomal number of D. tibetana is 2n=24. According to Levan’s standard, the karyotype of D. tibetana is 2N=6M+18T and compared with Moina and Daphnia. The relationship among three Cladocera and the evolution position of D. tibetana were discussed.更多还原
