【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the modified contents from SDJ279 - 1990 "Technical Specification for Power Construction and acceptance check (Instruments and Control device in heat power engineering)" to DL/T5190.5 - 2004 ’Technical Specification for Power Construction and Acceptance Check: Chapter 5 - Heat Power Engineering Automation", which includes the adjustments of chapters, the revision of clause and major terms etc..
