【摘要】 利用高锰酸钾对4种染料进行了处理。以染料的去除率为监测指标,考察了影响染料去除率的因素———反应时间、pH以及高锰酸钾加入量的影响。找出了处理这4种染料的最佳工艺条件。反应的最佳条件分别为:直接桃红12B,反应时间为5min,pH为5.7,高锰酸钾加入量为0.5mL;直接耐酸大红4BS,反应时间为5min,pH为1.0,高锰酸钾加入量为1.2mL;直接耐晒翠蓝GL,反应时间为5min,pH为1.5,高锰酸钾加入量为1.0mL;活性翠蓝K GL,反应时间为7min,pH为0.5,高锰酸钾加入量为2.0mL。在最佳工艺条件下,4种染料的去除率均在90%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the study on factors influencing removal rate by using potassium permanganate to remove dyestuff, including reaction time, pH, and quantity of potassium permanganate used. Optimum technology conditions, with removal rate more than 90%, for four kinds of dyestuffs(direct pink 12B, direct acid-resisting scarlet 4BS, sun green blue GL and active cui blue K-GL)are determined, respectively.更多还原
