机炉协调系统的动态矩阵控制仿真研究
Simulation of Dynamic Matrix Control of Boiler-Turbine Systems
【摘要】 针对火电单元机组负荷控制系统多变量强耦合的特点,将多变量DMC(动态矩阵控制)策略应用于负荷预测控制系统,对300MW燃煤直流锅炉再热机组固定参数模型和变参数模型分别进行了仿真研究。结果表明,多变量DMC算法内含的解耦机制和优良的控制品质,使得单元机组负荷预测控制系统在不同的负荷下均获得了满意的控制效果,负荷跟踪性能好,鲁棒性强。
【Abstract】 The load control system of unit power plant is a multi-variable, strong coupling system. Multi-variable Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) strategy is applied to load predictive control system. Computer simulations on fixed and variable parameter of a 300 MW coal fired once-through boiler are implemented. Simulation results demonstrate that the load predictive control system has good control effectiveness under different loads and have better robustness and tracking performance because of the decoupling mechanism in multi-variable DMC.
