典型炉膛火焰图像燃烧模式识别与应用
Research of Combustion Pattern Recognition and Applicationfor Typical Furnace Flame Images
【摘要】 电站锅炉采用看火电视直接观察炉膛火焰图像,从火焰表面特征判断当前锅炉燃烧状态。对典型的四角切圆燃烧锅炉的火焰特征进行研究,提出若干反映实时燃烧状态的特征参数和模式识别措施,为图像处理设备从火焰图像识别火焰偏心和贴边等重要运行工况提供了定量的判别依据,并探讨了借助火焰模式识别技术进行燃烧控制的方法和设想。
【Abstract】 The full furnace flame TV equipment is introduced that makes the operators observe flame images directly to distinguish the current combustion status by flame appearances in power stations. This paper studies the flame patterns of a four-corner tangential-fired furnace widely used. Several pattern parameters reflecting actual combustion states are proposed. Combustion monitoring and control methods based on the flame pattern recognition technology are discussed.
