【Abstract】 The fundamental process and the characteristics of gas-assisted injection molding technology are stated. The basic ideas of designing plastic product and molds with gas-assisted injection molding technology are demonstrated with the mold designing of a color TV cabinet taken as an example for analysis. As an important part of computer aided engineering (CAE), the plastic injection CAE technology is introduced in order to solve some technical problems in gas-assisted injection molding process.更多还原
