含单个分层复合材料层合板后屈曲性态研究

【摘要】 基于Mindlin假定下大变形的板/壳理论,采用参考面单元和虚拟杆单元相结合的非线性有限元方法,建立了分层损伤层合板后屈曲分析的有限元计算模型,并研究了考虑层间接触效应的单分层层合板的后屈曲性态.着重研究了分层深度、铺层次序和分层尺寸对含单个穿透分层层合板后屈曲性态的影响,如随分层位置沿厚度方向由表面向中心靠近,层合板后屈曲载荷呈下降趋势;当分层尺寸确定时,层合板的铺层次序及分层深度对后屈曲载荷的影响呈现明显的规律性;不同分层尺寸对后屈曲模态有显著影响等.所得结论对层合板结构设计和评估有指导意义.

【Abstract】 Based on Mindlin assumption and the large-deformation plate/shell theory, a nonlinear computational finite element (FE) model is proposed to study the post-buckling behavior of a composite panel embedded with a single through-the-width delamination. The delaminated composite panel is simulated by a reference surface finite element combining with a virtual bar element to avoid the overlapping between two sublaminates at the delamination front. The numerical examples show that the present FE model can effectively predict the buckling and post-buckling behavior of a delaminated composite panel. A parametric analysis is also conducted to investigate the effect of delamination depth, delamination size and lay-up sequence of the composite panel on its post-buckling properties. It is found that the post-buckling load of the delaminated composite panel decreases with the location of the through-the-width delamination moving from surface to center. It appears that there exists a disciplinary relationship between the post-buckling load and the delamination depth and lay-up sequence, and the delamination length has a significant effect on the post-buckling mode.
