【Abstract】 Transmission service is playing an increasingly vital role in the modern power system. How to deal with the new problems accompanying open transmission access is becoming a hot spot of research. Losses allocation in a competitive electricity market with pool and bilateral (P-B) transactions is explored. Market participants are firstly divided into interior participants and exterior participants. Then corresponding losses allocation methods are selected for different types of participants. This method of division contributes to the determination of the individual participant′s right and obligation, which can reflect equability and reasonability when allocating the transmission losses. Capabilities of the proposed method are illustrated on the IEEE-57 bus system and a realistic power system.更多还原
