DURAG火检系统在350MW机组中的应用与调试

【摘要】 合肥第二发电厂 2× 35 0MW机组锅炉安装了德国DURAG公司生产的火检系统。该系统主要由D -LL70 3IR型光纤传导系统、D -LE -IS/IG型红外火焰检测单元、D -UG6 6 0型控制单元和火检冷却风系统组成。通过正确安装火检系统 ,正确设置火焰检测系统的参数 ,解决调试期间发生的问题和经过调试不断完善火焰检测系统 ,因而大大提高了其工作的可靠性。该DURAG火检系统运行良好且可靠 ,保证了锅炉安全、经济运行

【Abstract】 The boilers in 2×350 MW units of Hefei No.2 Power Plant are installed with a flame detection system manufactured by DURAG company, German. The system consists mainly of D-LL703IR model optical conductive system, D-LE-IS/IG model infrared flame detection unit, D-UG660 model control unit and cooling air system for flame detection. The problems occurring continuously during regulation were solved through correctly installing the flame detection system, correctly setting the system parameters and the system has been gradually perfected through continuous regulation and test, which has greatly increased the operation reliability. Now the DURAG flame detection system is run under good and reliable conditions, which guarantees safety and economic operation of boilers.
