火电厂实时监控信息系统的设计研究
Study on Design of Real-time Supervisory Information System in Fossil-fuel Power Plant
【摘要】 火电厂厂级自动化系统 (PAS)应由非实时管理的厂级管理信息系统 (MIS)和实时管理的厂级监控信息系统 (SIS)构成。SIS的目的是在对全厂各个机组、输煤、除灰等公用系统生产工况进行监控的基础上 ,实现经济目标控制下全厂的协调生产。建议SIS的网络结构 ,以以太网和FCS为基础继续发展 ,最终将整个电厂融入单一的以太网中。
【Abstract】 The plant automation system (PAS) in the thermal power plants should consist of the plant management information system (MIS) of non real-time management and plant supervision information system (SIS) of the real-time management. The SIS’s purpose is to realize the coordinated production of the whole plant under control of the economic target based on monitor of all production conditions of all units, coal handling, ash disposal and other common systems. The authors recommend that SIS’s network structure should continue to develop based on Ethernet and FCS and finally the whole plant will be merged into a single Ethernet.
