湿敏电容式传感器测量SF6气体湿度方法的研究
Study on Using Humidity Capacitance Sensor to Measure SF6 Gas Humidity
【摘要】 在线低湿检测SF6气体湿度 ,对SF6电器安全运行十分重要。传统的重量法、电解法和露点法属于离线测量 ,均有困难。高分子电容式湿度传感器可以实现从 0 %~ 1 0 0 %全程监测气体的相对湿度。此方法应用径向基神经网络 (RBF) ,对测得的数据进行温度补偿、曲线拟合和软件插值 ,实验结果证明 ,此方法可以达到很好的效果
【Abstract】 The online low- humidity monitor of the moisture of SF 6 is very important for safe operation of SF 6 electrical apparatus. The traditional weighing, electrolysis and dew-point methods are all subject to off-line measurements, which are difficult to be realized. The high molecule film capacitor humidity sensor is capable to fully monitor the gas humidity from 0%~100% RH. With this method based on the radial basis function (RBF) neural network the temperature compensation, curve fitting and software insertion will be executed for the measured data. The experiment has proved the good results of the method.
