【摘要】 东北老工业基地的振兴是个系统工程 ,人才是这一工程得以胜利完成的有利支撑。必须充分认识到其重要性 ,在清楚了解东北人才现状的基础上 ,制定有效战略 ,为老工业基地的振兴打下坚实的基础
【Abstract】 The revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China is a systematic project and the talented give great support to it. We must recognize the importance and draw up an effective strategy based on clear acknowledgement of current situation of the talented which will strengthen the revitalization of the old industrial base.
